Refund policy

At Seattle World Jerseys, customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We do not accept returns on worn items, customized products, or items marked as final sale.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.
